Our Response to COVID-19
When You Arrive
Please have only 1 person per vehicle enter the office at a time to check-in. Wearing a mask upon check-in is strongly encouraged.
Housekeeping
Products used in the cleaning of your condo meet the CDC guidelines for killing viruses. Touch-points have been disinfected in addition to normal housekeeping. All linens including blankets have been washed with a disinfecting detergent. Bedspreads have been removed from the rooms for guest safety. In addition to our housekeeping efforts, we recommend that you take your own necessary precautions upon arrival to your condo.
Upon Departure
- Please put all used sheets, blankets, and towels in the laundry bags provided. Leave bags in the bathroom.
- Please load and start your dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent is located under the sink.
- Please take all trash out to the dumpster provided in the parking lot.
While we have always asked our guests to complete the items above upon check-out, we ask that especially in these times of COVID-19 that you please do so in order to protect our housekeeping staff and future guests. A minimum $50 fee will be charged if check-out items are not completed.
