Lodging Rental Agreement

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD ONLY. No checks. You must be at least 21 years of age to reserve lodging.

Check in time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Call before 5:00 PM to set up late check-ins. Check out time: 11 AM

Change in unit or refund: In the event the unit becomes unavailable between the time you confirm your reservations and your arrival date, we will retain the right to move you to a comparable unit or refund your deposit in full if nothing is available. Major credit card required to rent lodging units. Visa/MasterCard only.

NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED: A minimum $200.00 charge will be assessed for breach of β€œNO SMOKING” or “NO PET” policy. Additional cleaning fees may also be charged. Fee for lost keys and lock change is $50.

Linens/Housekeeping: First set of towels and bed linen supplied. There is a fee for any additional requests.  Housekeeping available only by request for a nominal fee.

Unit care: Leave your unit in the same order as your arrival. A minimum fee of $50 will be charged if excessive cleaning is required.

Accommodations: All units are comfortably furnished and equipped. Bed linens, blankets, bath towels, wash cloths, and dish towels are provided. Kitchens are complete with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, and tableware. All units also include a television, DVD player, fireplace, outside balcony and/or deck.

Occupancy: We do not own the unit(s) you have rented, they are privately owned and we act as the rental agent. Therefore, once you have arrived for your stay, we are unable to refund your money if you find it necessary to leave earlier than the departure date. No refunds due to weather conditions. The units are for the express use and enjoyment of registered guests. They are not for gatherings or parties in excess of the occupancy specified for each unit. Occupancy violation will subject all guests to immediate eviction. Personal injury, as well as property damage or loss due to guest’s negligence or abuse, will be the financial responsibility of the guests.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

Summer Season:

(May through September)

A 50% deposit will be taken when the reservation is made. The 50% deposit is refundable, less a $50.00 service fee per condo unit if reservation is cancelled in writing at least 61 days prior to arrival date.  There will be a $250 service fee for the cottage. Payment in full is required 60 days prior to arrival, automatically charged on the credit card given at time of reservation. There will be NO REFUNDS during the 60 days prior to arrival. A resort fee will be added to your daily rate to cover wireless internet and access to Kent’s Harbor amenities including: fire pit w/ wood; playground; pavilion; pool; basketball/cornole and equipment; gas grills; hiking trail; and fish cleaning station . Resort Fee charges apply only to stays that fall within our Summer Season Cancellation Policy.

Value and Winter Seasons:

(October through April)

(excluding holidays and special weekends)

At least two weeks written notice prior to arrival is required for a refund less a $50.00 service fee per condo unit ($250 service fee for the cottage).  Payment in full is required 21 days prior to arrival. NO REFUNDS during the two weeks prior to arrival.

Special Weekends: Call for policy. A 50% deposit will be taken when the reservation is made. This is non- refundable. Payment in full is required 60 days prior to arrival.
